simple, easy, goodness. my sis in law shared this fantastic recipe with me!
- 1 can coconut milk (for a lighter option, try trader joe's light coconut milk!)
- 1 whole small pineapple
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2-3 cups ice
- coconut flakes (if desired!)
blend, pour, serve, sip, mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

ReplyDeleteBut instead of coconut milk, I soaked raw cashews in water overnight.
Then used that + a little bit of fresh water and pineapple to make a creamy yummy (and healthy!) treat!
cant wait to make it tomorrow!! i looove coconut and pineapple!!
