I'm drawn to Binchotan Charcoal not only for its simplicity and looks, but for its purifying benefits and ability to improve the quality of everyday living...all while being a natural resource. It can improve the air you breathe by eliminating odors, the water you drink by absorbing impurities, your skin by balancing its natural PH level, and it is believed to deflect negative ions in your home. What's not to love, right? Does anybody swear by charcoal?
The end of the year leaves me feeling claustrophobic at times and I crave a good detox--not just in the physical sense, but in a holistic sense. Are there things in your life that you are wanting to shed to promote growth and clarity this year?
