I picked up the sweetest mini Saturn peaches (aka donut peaches) at farmer's last week. They were the best I've ever had--so small and sweet and juicy. I'm a little obsessed with stone fruit right now. Do you have any must-share recipes involving these gems?

I love them simple: chopped, with some sugar, so that they spread out the juice. Very tasty.

Yum! It looks like such a perfect little snack! I've never made anything with these fruits, but it seems like you can juice them and make yummy flavored lemonade with it.

They are my favorites! I just came back from Italy and the people we were staying with were asking if we had ever seen doughnut peaches before because they were new to their marketplaces.
