posted on: November 01, 2012
The goodness of The 100 Week lives on! The following images were posted/sent to me from a few bloggers who took part. I was really moved by these images--makes me want to shoot more film. Enjoy the snaps and stop by their blogs for more. Thanks to all who participated! The official Flickr group of images can be seen here.

THE 100 WEEK
posted on: October 01, 2012
Kicking off the new month and a fresh start with The 100 Week*, a week-long project documenting life with a disposable camera. These days, I'm always looking for projects that inspire and are outside of what I do on the daily...I'm excited to take part! You'll see the mundane, the beautiful, the exciting. Do you want to join?
1. Buy a disposable camera.
2. Shoot 24 exposures during Oct. 1-Oct. 7.
3. Develop film.
4. Upload images to The 100 Flickr group (or your blog).
What are you waiting for?! Go get yourself a cam.
It's good to be back!!! -J.
*This project is an off shoot of The 100, a year-long collaborative photography project where 100 disposable cameras are given to 100 different people (ages 1-100) from all over the world with varying backgrounds and life stories.

BEN BLOOD

There aren't enough good things to say about Ben Blood. We love his work. On our last trip to Seattle, we were privileged to have some photos taken by ben. We loved watching him do what he does best, hanging out, and wandering through parts of the city with him. If you haven't seen his latest work, make sure to check it out on his blog...jaw dropping goodness. Thanks for a good time, Ben!
...isn't Josh's mustache gnarly!?
Snap It Pretty Recap!
posted on: July 28, 2011
There were so many amazing details at the Snap It Pretty Workshop. Danni and Ruby really outdid themselves! From the lunches wrapped in hand sewn pieces of fabric, to the crafted boutonniรจres and grab bags, everything from the day had a special touch from the talented duo. It was a relaxed afternoon and I had the best time sharing some knowledge and hanging out with a really cool and creative group of girls. To see and read more details about this lovely workshop, check out Danni and Ruby's recaps here and here! And keep your eyes out for more pretty events put on by these ladies, it's an experience you won't want to miss.
(If you attended Snap It Pretty and blogged about the event, I'd love to see! Leave a link to your recap in the comment section so I can come visit you! And if you didn't blog about it but have a blog, leave a link to your site as well :). Thank you!)
