Of course our first stop in PDX was for a cup of northwest brew. We visited Coava, a "roastery" and coffee bar we had never been to before. I was immediately drawn to (and obsessed with) the way the water glasses and coffee plants were lined up so imperfectly perfect. The light streamed through the windows in such a gentle and beautiful way, and to no surprise, made my heart 'a flutter!

  1. Ha, that's why it looked familiar! Coava is my new favorite coffee shop in Portland. Did you get the chance to go to Heart, too?

I moved to Portland recently, haven't been here yet though. It's on my list now. Thanks!
