Outstanding in the Field Part II

As the sun set, the food and wine continued to flow and conversations flourished. We ended on chocolate malt cake and cherry créme fraiche ice cream. By this time, my taste buds were singing! Bravo to Chris Kobayashi, executive chef/owner of Aristan in Paso Robles, and his killer team. 

Outstanding in the Field was a once in a lifetime experience, although I sure hope to go again! Does anyone have plans to attend a dinner this year? Support your local farmers and chefs!

    i just talked to a waiter that served at outstanding in the field for 6 years i believe.. (he was as dreamy as your photos too)

    That black and white image with the glasses is so so beautiful, Jennifer! So is the one above it, actually. You really know how to make digital sing. Few people can do that.
