today was the last day of my desk job! hooray!
(i hope i will never have to work one again...)
i indulged in the banana leaf fish
(tilapia filet steamed in banana leaves with lemongrass, ginger, chilies, scallions,
on a bed of carrots and shiitake mushrooms!!!).
my husband grubbed on the traditional pho!
they were both amazingly delicious!
we paired the meal with a blood orange elixir and sangria!
oh and how i could i forget! dessert.
the pineapple upside down cake with coconut ice cream was DIVINE.
a celebratory dinner it was!!! :)
tomorrow brings new things folks!!!
