tuesday feature :: goodbye detergent

posted on: May 11, 2010

my first sighting of goodbye detergent!*products happened to be at crate and barrel. i've got to admit...the simple and natural packaging caught my attention! when i looked closer at the funky little scrubs, read that they were environmentally friendly and made from unique materials such as recycled corn cobs, peach pits, and walnut shells...
...i was sold!
these things are stinking amazing! my fave are the original spaghetti scrubs (pictured). they clean your dishes in a jiffy--while at the same time minimizing your usage of soap that may contain harmful-to-the-environment chemicals and toxins. although i'm not used to the fact that you "don't have to use dish soap" with these products (in my mind dish soap=clean), i think i could get used to it! they're super durable, have a long life expectancy :), and dry quickly without having that stinky stank like sponges do after a while (at least mine haven't yet!).
and the packaging!? 100% recycled and recyclable. who says it ain't' easy being green?

have you tried goodbye detergent! products?
